Holiday Return Policy
For all items purchased between November 21st and December 24th, 2012, we will accept returns through January 31, 2013 as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. All other return policies remain in effect and can be reviewed below.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.
If you are returning a purchase due to receiving an incorrect item, we replace your item, or refund your full purchase at our option.
If you are returning a purchase due to damage during shipment, You must make your return available for inspection by our insurance company, and assist in completing our claim.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
Most products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund which may include an in-store credit, or credit to your original payment method.
We will credit you for your product purchase price upon our receipt and inspection of the returned product, minus any applicable fees as outlined below.
We do not refund outbound shipping costs or we deduct our actual outbound shipping costs for all shipping discounts. We will however, refund your shipping for items received damaged or in error.
We may charge a repacking-fee should the outer/inter package be damaged. Also, some of our products are "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacture and a restocking fee may apply.
While we offer refunds to your payment method, we will wave deductions of shipping, repackaging, and restocking fee's if you choose a store credit as your refund.
Certain orders cannot be returned due to their personalization to your specific request, for chimes of a single type ordered in quantities greater then Three (3), for chimes that are considered to be unique (personalized), or for chimes that are made to order.(generally, chimes with "List" or "Sale" price is over $ 400, or whose tuning is to your request)
All returns will be inspected use prior to issuing credit.
We will not provide refunds for goods that have been used, damaged, removed from the original packing, or for items lost during return.
If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, or items shipped to an address other then your billing address, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. The in-store credit can be used on any of our products, and does not include shipping costs.
