SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please review our entire shipping & delivery policy BEFORE placing your order.
We currently ship to any street address in the 50 United States, including APO's, and FPO's. We do not ship outside the USA.
A Valid Street Address must be provided.
WhimsicalWinds.com offers a variety of shipping options, including Free Standard shipping (select Sales & products), standard shipping, Expedited shipping. & Express Shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the contiguous 48 United States.
Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are not eligible for Free Standard Shipping.
Some oversize or special handling orders will be shipped via Common Carrier. The shipping charge and approximate shipping time will be noted at Checkout. Delivery of oversize, special handling, or orders whose total cost is over $ 250.00 will require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
Our paid shipping charges are based on standard carrier flat fee rates.

FREE Standard Ground Shipping (When Available)
Place an order over the phone, or by going online at WhimsicalWinds.com.
Select a single U.S. address per order. (Excluding Alaska, and Hawaii)
Select Standard Ground Shipping as your shipping method.
With free shipping, your order may take up to 12 business days to arrive.
Listed prices for options, like Gift Wrapping, Cards or Engraving are not included when calculating free shipping minimum.
When you choose free shipping, all orders will ship by the least expensive method available to us at the time of shipment, regardless of any shipping method that may otherwise have been available!
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from whimsicalwinds.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to your delivery address.
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED FROM WHIMSICAL WINDS ALL ARE SHIPPED FOB, AND ARE INSURED FOR THE FULL COMMERCIAL VALUE.
We Insure each package for the full commercial value at no cost to our costumers. You must agree to all terms, and provide all necessary cooperation to the Insurance company or their representative in order to receive credit or renumeration for damage or loss in shipping.
Standard ground shipping:
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped Monday through Friday from our locations in Pennsylvania, California, Texas, or Utah.
Standard ground shipping orders will arrive within 5 to 10 Business Days for orders placed Monday through Sunday.
Special Order, Engraved, and Personalized items may require up to 5 additional business days processing time before shipment for these services.
During "High Seasons" April 1 thru July 31, and October 15 thru December 23, we may experience delays in shipment. Please plan accordingly!
These orders are given High priority. Express Saver orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 12 hours, excluding weekends & holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 12:30 PM EST. Express orders will arrive within 3 Business Days for orders placed Monday through Friday.
Exceptions are orders whose total shipment weight exceeds 70 Lbs, or are Engraved or Personalized. These will ship within 3 Business Days.
These orders are given Top priority. Standard Overnight orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 12 hours, excluding weekends & holidays. Overnight orders may arrive within 1 Business Days for orders placed by 11am EST, Monday through Friday.
Exceptions are Engraved or Personalized chimes. These will ship within 24 Hours.
Caution! Standard Overnight orders are NOT guaranteed to arrive overnight. Many locations within the USA do not have overnight service available!
We are unable to offer Express Saver or Standard overnight shipping outside of the United States.
Orders Damaged in Shipping
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then call or write WhimsicalWinds.com Customer Service email@example.com or (1-856-599-0107) to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Customer Service to make arrangements for a shipping insurance claim.
In order to receive a refund on items damaged in shipping, you must cooperate with and provide any required information to our shipping insurance and/or shipping carrier.
Your original shipping charge will only be refunded by us, for a item sent to you through our error. This refund will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the item. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated. Please see our returns policy for further details.
If you received an item in error, and believe you qualify and would like us to pay for return shipping, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-856-599-0107, before attempting to return the item.
For items received damaged, the shipping insurance will cover the outbound and return shipping costs, once the claim is settled.
For items received defective, we must refer you to the manufactures warranty for repair and/or replacement. See WARRANTIES & REPAIRS
Whimsical Winds is not responsible for any shipping
delays by the shipping carrier.
Modifying orders such as canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, method, or preferences might affect your order's eligibility for the free shipping offer or other discounts and you may be liable for shipping or other service charges in effect at the time of your order.
Returned items are still subject to regular
shipping fees. Should the returned items affect the dollar amount of the initial sales order, shipping fees or Discounts ,these costs may be deducted
from refund amount unless otherwise stated.
Whimsical Winds reserves the right to
change, update, or discontinue the FREE shipping offer at any time.
Our liability for items you would like to return is limited to a refund of the price paid for the item and does not include shipping and may include a restocking fee.
Our Liability for items received in error is limited to a refund of the price paid for the item, outbound shipping (except free shipping) and return shipping.
COD, and/or Signature required return shipments will not be accepted.
We may modify, cancel, or update our shipping policy at any time without notice, but the shipping policy in effect at the time of shipping will govern.
